Empowered Health Refund Policy

Empowered Health is committed to providing our clients exceptional service and support on their journey towards better health and wellness. We understand that circumstances may arise where clients may not be fully satisfied with our services. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with the services provided by Empowered Health, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days from the date of your initial purchase.

Refund Process:

To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team at jaime@empoweredhealthstudios.com within the 30-day period. Provide your full name, contact information, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Calculation of Refund Amount:

The refund will be the total amount paid minus the value of coaching hours you have already utilized during the 30-day period. The coaching hours will be calculated based on the hourly rate agreed upon in your service agreement.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:
1. The refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the initial purchase date.
2. You must have actively participated in coaching sessions, and the total coaching hours utilized will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing Time:

Once your refund request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
